Kentucky Missions is a Department of the Kentucky United Pentecostal Church International.  Our main efforts are to promote and support church planting in Kentucky and North America.

William Palmer

Kentucky Missions Director
William Palmer is the pastor of One Way Apostolic Church in Frankfort KY.  One Way Apostolic Church is a North American Mission Church within the United Pentecostal Church International.

Keith Jackson

Kentucky Missions Secretary
Keith T. Jackson is the pastor of H.O.P.E. Ministries, Louisville, Kentucky and assistant pastor of Greater Faith Church, New Albany Indiana. He has been in ministry for over 35 years and has been part of three church plants. He has a heart for missions especial church plants.

Brian Nichols 

Section 1 Director
Brian Nichols is a native Houstonian who has a heart for people, for missions, and for church planting. He was recently installed as Pastor of Greater Faith Louisville Central.
He relocated to Southern Indiana in 2012, and has served as Student Pastor of Greater Faith Church since 2014. He loves his wife, Emily, and two daughters with all his heart.
Fun fact: He is known as “BK” by church family and friends.

Travis Precht

Section 2 Director
Rev. Precht is a General Licensed Minister with the UPCI.  He & his wife, Roxanna, developed a passion for Kentucky Missions and are eagerly helping in any way possible to get more works started in Section 2. He is currently serving the Lighthouse Ministries of The Apostolic Faith as Assistant-Pastor as well as serving the Kentucky District on the District Social Media & Tech Teams.

Jonathon serves as pastor of The Pentecostals of West KY in Fredonia and The Pentecostals of Eddyville.  Jonathon and his wife Heather is very passionate about planting churches to spread the gospel.  He loves his wife Heather, daughter Kaitlyn, son Travis and daughter in law Kassidi.  

Wayne I. Smith

Prison Chaplain
Rev. Smith planted a church that he pastored for 34 years. During that time he also started a thriving jail ministry to reach "behind the iron curtains." He has assisted others in navigating the red tape to bring the gospel to prisoners and guards in IN, OH & KY.
